Overview
Scarabei Wall Light by Giopato & Coombes explores the beauty of natural forms through sculptural lighting. Inspired by organic propagation found in nature, each piece is crafted using ancient aluminum sand casting techniques — molten metal poured into earth molds to create raw, textured surfaces that capture both precision and spontaneity. No two fixtures are identical.
The hand-finished aluminum pairs with crystal Murano glass to create a luminous presence that feels as much like art as illumination. This is Italian craftsmanship at its finest: experimental, authentic, and rooted in centuries-old methods that honor the materiality of metal and glass. The Scarabei collection transforms walls into canvases for light and shadow.
