Limited Edition creates handmade, bespoke rugs with a luxurious look and feel. The company was founded in Mouscron—the textile capital of Belgium—in 1992 by Creative Director Katia Dewitte, who runs the company together with her husband, Philippe Hanet, and brother, James Dewitte. In less than 30 years, this family company has become an international player, with over 200 employees, showrooms in Paris and Brussels, and an impressive list of prestigious clients and projects.
Limited Edition controls the entire rug-making production process from dying and spinning to weaving and tufting. Development and production are both in-house, ensuring the impeccable quality and beauty of every rug.

The Limited Edition in-house design team is overseen by Katia Dewitte. Her designs reflect a commitment to both timeless elegance and contemporary living. For inspiration, DeWitte travels the world in search of intriguing color combinations and textures. The results—distinctive designs with a global sensibility.
In 2020, the company invited a small number of international artists and designers to collaborate with them on a collection of notable rugs. Their first guest is the Belgian interior designer Jean-Philippe Demeyer. The tufted rug ‘Fearless Living’ is the outcome of this collaboration.
