Tripode G5 Floor Lamp

Trípode G5 Floor Lamp by Equipo Santa & Cole honors its name with three slender black metal rods that converge to support a wide, hand-ribboned drum shade. First designed in 1997, this Spanish-made lamp belongs to the GT family—a collection that scales from intimate bedside tables to commanding public spaces without losing its essential character.

The lamp’s construction is deceptively simple: three legs, a shade, and light. But the magic lies in the details. Each shade is manually ribboned, turn by turn, by artisans in Barcelona. This hand-wrapped ribbon creates subtle texture that catches and diffuses light beautifully when illuminated, transforming the lamp into a volumetric sculpture whether on or off. The result is warm, ambient light that humanizes even the most neutral contemporary interiors.

An integrated foot dimmer provides convenient control without disrupting the lamp’s clean silhouette.
