Overview

Tindari Side Table by Antonio Citterio for Flexform embodies the art of weaving or rather the transformation of an accessory to a minor masterpiece of artisan craftsmanship. The Tindari tables are exemplary of this theme, one that is enormously dear to Flexform. The tubular metal structure of the Tindari tables — available in satin, chrome, burnished, black chrome, or champagne finish — is entirely enveloped in an exquisite cowhide cord weave. Meters and meters of cowhide, hand-woven by skilled artisans, warm the cool austerity of the metal and breathe life into a totally unique object. The top can be crafted in solid Canaletto walnut or ash, stained in a number of sophisticated shades, or in luxurious marble.
