Ketch Outdoor Sofa by Jean-Marie Massaud for Poliform takes its cues from the nautical world — its flexible backrest stretched like a sail between two masts, supported by a simple, solid structure. That frame is crafted from hard-wearing solid wood treated with hydro-oils that preserve its natural beauty season after season, while generous cushioning made entirely from outdoor-specific materials invites you to linger in genuine comfort. The result is a sofa that feels as relaxed and elemental as a day by the water — refined enough for a considered terrace, easygoing enough to actually live in. Part of Poliform’s first outdoor collection, Ketch is built to bring the brand’s indoor sensibility out into the open air.

Materials

• Solid wood structure in Teak or Black-stained Iroko, treated with protective hydro-oils
• Seat and backrest padding in recycled PET polyester fibre with a polyurethane insert
• Pre-cover in polyester fibre with heat-sealed seams
• Removable outdoor fabric cover
• EVA backrest in Dark Brown, Ghiaccio, Oliva, or Nocciola
• Optional and kidney-rest cushions in recycled PET polyester fibre
