Overview

Available in various heights and shapes, the Torei tables by Luca Nichetto for Cassina work together in myriad ways to construct architecturally inspired surface areas, designed to encourage hospitality and sharing. Regularly revisited over the years, these low tables slip under or over each other, working hard to fulfill their function.

Clearly informed by a Japanese aesthetic, as evidenced by the round, square, and rectangular shapes, the table tops are supplied in natural ashwood, as well as in three types of marble: white Carrara, black Marquiña, or grey Carnico.

Materials

  • Matte black coated steel frame
  • Top:
    • Slats in solid ash wood, natural or lacquered in black or red matte finish.
    • Slats in solid American walnut wood, natural matt finish.
    • Top in white Carrara marble or gray Carnico marble. Oil-water repellent finish.
    • Top in black Marquiña marble. Low gloss finish.
  • Black plastic feet
