Overview

118.6 Stem Floor by Omer Arbel for Bocci brings the quiet wonder of the 118 series down to floor level — six hand-blown glass pendants rising from a single slender stem, each capturing the feather-like impressions left behind during the glassblowing process. Lit, those delicate internal forms come alive, revealing intricate, cloud-like details that echo natural motifs and celebrate glass’s ability to hold a fleeting, ephemeral shape.

As with everything Bocci makes in its Vancouver studio, experimentation and hands-on craft inform every piece, so no two pendants are ever quite alike. The floor stem system arrives in a warm brass or black powder-coated finish, with a semi-rigid fabric cord that can be gently sculpted and an integral 360-degree dimmer to tune the mood from soft glow to full presence.
